I called him today at 12 noon on the 10th of the 2nd 2017 to get a wheel balance on a Peugeot 206 and he spoke to me and told me he could do a wheel balance at £8 a tyre and to pop on at 2:30pm to get it sorted. I drove in at 2:30pm to be told that he has no knowledge of me calling even though he was the one I spoke to and then told me it would be another half an hour to 45 minutes to get a guy off a job to do the wheel balance. I am absolutely disgusted as I have a wedding tomorrow and had quite a few things to do today in blackpool and now I will not have the time to get the things I needed done.
Very very very disappointed in this garage first time ever using it and I will never go back. MIKE WAS VERY RUDE in telling me that he hadn't spoken to me? ANNOYED!!! RANT OVER!!!!!
